Chemical Injector Opsration

Be sure that the control ring on ihe injector is
open
two
full turns from the closed position.
To
control ring
is
open,
it
may be left alone. The
check this, the hood must be opened. Once the
chemical mixture is controlled by the chemical
metering valves on the control panel.

Place the chemical strainer@) and chemical
line(s1 into your chemical container(s).

Select which chemical

want to use with the
chemical selector valve on the control panel.

To
apply the cleaning chemical to the work
surface, the adiustable nozzle
on
the end
of
the
spray wand must be open. The chemical(s) can
only be drawn into the water stream, and applied
to
the work surface
in
a low pressure situation.
By opening the adjustable nozzle you create low
pressure. Closing
it
produces high pressure for
rinsingandpre-chemicalflushingornochemical
cleaning. One chemical may be turned
off
and on
described above.

when the spray gun is

safety latch on the gun is in the
"ON"
position
before adjusting to avoid serious bodily injuryor

Adjust the chemical mixture(s) with thechemical
chemical metering valve(s) are adjusted to the
metering valve(s) on the control panel. Once the
desired setting, they may be left there for future
chemical applications.

To
change to the other chemical, turn the
chemical selector valve to the other chemical. To
valve to the
"OFF"
position, or close
the
shut
off
chemical, turn the chemical selector
adjustable nozzle. The chemical metering
valve@) do not have to be closed to change or shut
off
chemical supply.

Trigger Safety Latch
of serious bodily injury,
WARNING
including fluid injection. splashing in the eyes
or on the skin, ALWAYS engage the trigger
safety latch whenever you stop spraying, even
for a moment.
In
the engage position, the trigger safety latch
prevents the gun from being triggered
accidentally by hand or if
it
is dropped or
in
handle
or
it
cannot prevent the gun from
bumped. Be sure thelatch isfullyseated inslot
being triggered. See Figure
2.
