Clean inlet and discharge valve
assemblies.
Replace worn valves, valve seats and/c
discharge hose.
foreign material, replace worn valves.
Replace worn cup or cups, clean out

Check for plugged nozzle. closed valve!
or improperly adjusted by-pass valve.
Replace manifold.

Exchange middle andoutboardcylinder,
Install new seals. If piston rod sleeves
are scored, replace sleeves and sleeve
0-Ring.
0-Rings,
Replace crankcase piston rod seals
damaged gasket and/or seals.
Remove oil seal retainer and replace
Replace bearing.
Replace ball bearing. Properly tension
belt. Check shaft shims.
Change'oil every month or
