Remove the Snow Hood
1.Removethechokecontrolknob(A,Figure28).
2. Removethesafetykey(B).
3. Removethemountingscrews(A,Figure29).
4. Slowlyremovethesnowhood(B)Makesurethattheprimerbutton
hose(C)andtheignitionwire(D)arenotdisconnected.
5. Thesparkplug(E)cannowbeaccessed.
6. Toinstallthesnowhood,firstmakesurethattheprimerbuttonhose
andtheignitionwireareconnected.
7.Mountthesnowhoodtotheengineandsecurewiththemounting
screws.
8. Connectthechokecontrolknob(A,Figure30)withthechokeshaft
onthecarburetor(B).Makesurethechokecontrolknobisproperly
installed.Ifthechokecontrolknobis notinstalledcorrectly,thechoke
will notoperate.
9. Installthesafetykey(C).
