OPERATINGCONTROLS
RELEASE BAR--Used to release the hopper when
raising or lowering. See figure 10.
PRIMER--Pumps additional fuel from the carburetor
to the cylinder for use when starting a cold engine.

STARTER HANDLE--Used to manually start the
engine. See figure 6.
THROTTLE CONTROL--Permits selection of fast or
slow engine speed, and is used to stop the engine.
See figure 6.
