MISC. PRECAUTIONS

UNPACKING
When unpacking, check to make sure all the parts shown on the Parts Lists on pages 18
and 20 are included. If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools
at the number shown on the cover of this manual as soon as possible.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Insert the Gear Box (61) onto the upper section of the Top Pipe Support (33).
Then secure the Gear Box to the Top Pipe Support using one
short
Screw (59),
one Washer (60), one
long
Screw (58), one Spring Washer (57), and one Washer
(56). (See Figure A.)
2. Insert the lower section of the Top Pipe Support (33) into the Connector (22).
Then secure the Top Pipe Support to the Connector by firmly tightening the Wing
Nut (31). (See Figure A.)
