Each color LED is broken down into
individual circuits (red-circuit #1, blue-
circuit #2, green-circuit #3). If a single
LED fails “open”, then the entire circuit
will stop functioning, because they are
wired in “series”. If a single LED fails in
a “short”, then only that single LED will
stop functioning, while the rest of the
circuit will continue to operate.
