LCD Display
The Legend 300E Spot features a backlit liquid crystal display (LCD) that provides
plenty of information regarding the fixture’s settings and status. In addition, the LCD is
reversible. This allows reading it normally whether the fixture is on the floor or hanging
from a truss.
Upon power up, the LCD will show the Legend logo and the fixture identification, as
shown on the left figure above. After completing the power up tests, the LCD will show
the DMX address, the DMX mode, and the temperature, along with the warning sign if
the tests have detected an error.
Press <ENTER> to read the corresponding error message (see Error Messages in
the Technical Information section).
Press <ENTER> while looking at the error messages to clear them.
Control Options
You can set the Legend 300E Spot start address in the 001~512 DMX range. This
allows for the control of up to 17 fixtures in the 29-channel Mode 2. The Legend 300E
Spot works with any compatible DMX controller using standard DMX cables or the
optional W-DMX receiver.
