USING YOUR UNIT
KNOW YOUR ELECTRIC BLOWER
READ THIS INSTRUCTION MANUAL AND SAFETY RULES BEFORE OPERATING YOUR
UNIT.

the various c ontrols and adjustments. Save this manual for future refe rence.

ON/OFF SWITCH
The
ON/OFF SWITCH is used to activate
the motor.
BLOWER TUBE
The
BLOWERTUBE is designed to dire ct
the flow of air.
TUBE RELEASE BUTT ON
The
TUBE REL EASE BUTTON se cures the
blo w er tube or elbow tube to the blower
unit d ur ing oper at i on. Also, pressi ng the
tube release button al l ows removal o f t he
blower tube or elbow t ube.
STOPPING YOUR UNIT
To stop the unit, move the
ON/OFF
switch to the OFF (0) position.
STARTING YOUR UNIT
Move the
ON/OFF switch to the ON (I)
position to turn on the unit.
WARNING: Do not use the unit
wit hout the bl ower tube pr operl y att ached
to avoid fl ying debris an d/or impel ler con-
tact which can cause serious injury . Al-

into the eyes and face which can result in
blindness or ser i ous inj ur y.

WARNING: Inspect the area be-
fore using the unit. Remove all debris
and hard ob jects such as rocks, glass ,
wire, etc., that can ricoc het, be thrown,
or otherwise c ause injury or damage
during operation.
Use your unit as a blower for:
D Sw eep ingdebri sorgrass clippi ng sf rom
dri ve wa ys, sidewal ks, patios, etc.
D Blowi ng grass clippings, straw, or
leaves i nt o piles, or r emoving debris
from corners, around j oi nt s, or between
bricks.
Direct air flow by directing the blower
tube down or to one side. Al ways work
away from solid ob jects su ch a s w alks,
lar ge stones, vehicl es, and f ences.
Cl ea n c orners by star ting in cor ners and
moving outw ard. This will help prevent
an accumulation of debri s whi ch could
fly into your face.
Be careful when wor king near plants.
