POWER BEYOND INSTALLATION (CAB UNITS)
To install the power beyond lines from a Husco lift valve to the tractor remote valve,
locate the port on the bottom of the tractor remote valve where the hard line had been
previously removed. Next connect a hose to the bottom of tractor remote valve, then to
the top front port on the Husco lift valve.
This procedure is followed when mounting a Husco lift valve on a John Deere. For
more information refer to the Parts Section pages for a complete diagram of the tractor
valve hookup.
PRESSURE LINE INSTALLATION (NON CAB)
The hydraulic pressure line will be plumbed into the tractor hydraulic valve.
Locate the tractor hydraulic valve near the right rear axle, remove the pipe plug (refer
to the illustration below and the Parts Section). After the pipe plug is removed then
connect a hose from the tractor hydraulic valve to the Tiger lift valve left rear port
(pressure).
RETURN LINE INSTALLATION (NON CAB)
The return line will be plumed in next, just above the pressure line near the tractor
right rear axle. Locate the return port on the hydraulic valve and remove the pipe plug
(refer to the illustration below and the Parts Section). After the pipe plug is removed,
connect a hose from the tractor hydraulic valve to the Tiger lift valve left front port
(return).
