SERVICE AND ADJUSTMENTS
TO REPLACE FUSE (See Fig, 31)
Replace with 30 amp automotive-type plug-in fuse. The
fuse holder is located in the engine compartment, directly
in front of the dash.

TO REPLACE HEADLIGHT BULB
° Raise hood,
o Pull bulb holder out of the hole inthe backside of the
grill.
° Replace bulb in holder and push bulb holder securely
back into the hole in the backside of the grill.
° Close hood.
iNTERLOCKS AND RELAYS
Loose or damaged wiring may cause your tractor to run
poorly, stop running or prevent itfrom starting.
o Check wiring. See electrical wiring diagram in Repair
Parts section of this manual.
TO REMOVE HOOD AND GRILL (See Fig. 32}
CAUTION: Muffler is hot. Be careful i!

when removing retainer springs from i_i_,
I hood pivot brackets, i
° Raise hood.
t Unsnap headlight wire connector.
° Remove retainer springs from hood pivot brackets.
= Stand in front of tractor. Grasp hood at sides, tilt
forward and lift off of tractor.
• To reinstall, slide hood pivot brackets into slots in
frame. Replace retainer springs.
• Reconnect headlight wire connector and close hood.
