4. When you finish programming the
Weatheradio, press
MENU or wait about 45
seconds without pressing any key.

EMINDERS
The Weatheradio beeps about every 10 seconds
after a weather alert broadcast ends until the
weather alert expires. This is called a missed alert
reminder. The Weatheradio automatically selects
REMINDER OFF the first time you turn it on.
Follow these steps to check if missed alert remin-
ders are turned on or off and to change the setting.
1. When
REMINDER appears, press
Þ
. REMINDER ON
or REMINDER OFF appears.
2. Repeatedly press
ß
or
Ü
to select REMINDER ON
or REMINDER OFF. When the option you want
appears, press
Þ
. The Weatheradio beeps and
REMINDER appears.
3. When you finish programming the
Weatheradio, press
MENU or wait about 45
seconds without pressing any key.
