for regular inspection to the ef fect of ”repair or
replace as necessary ” shall be war ranted for 2
years. Any w ar ranted par t which is scheduled
for replacement as required maintenance shall
be war r anted f or t heperiod of time upto the first
scheduled replacement point for that part.
DIAGNOSIS:
The owner shall not be charged
for d iagnostic labor which leads to the det er-
mination that a warr anted part is defective if the
diagnostic wor k is performed at an approved
POULAN/WEED EATER s e rvicing center.
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:
POULAN/
WEED EATER may be liable for dam ages to
other engine components caused by the failure
of a war r anted part still under warranty.
WHAT
IS NOT COVERED:
All failures caused by
abuse, neglect, or i mpr oper maintenance a r e
not covered.
ADD--ON OR MODIFIED
P ARTS:
The use of add--on or modified parts
canbe gr oundsfor d isallow inga w ar r antyclaim.
POULAN /WEED EATER is not liable to c over
failures of war ranted par tscaused by the useof
add--on or modified parts.
