W ARRANTY PERIOD:
Any
warr anted part w hich is not schedul ed for re-
placement asrequired m aintenance, orwhichis
scheduled only for regular inspection to the ef-
fect of “repair or r eplace as necessary” shall be
warr antedfor2 years. Anywarr anted part which
is scheduled for replacement as required main-
tenance shall b ewarrantedfor theperiod o ftime
up to the first scheduled replacement point for
that part.
DIAGNOSIS:
The owner shall not be
charged for diagnostic labor w hich leads to the
determination that a war r anted part is defective
if the diagnostic wor k is performed at an ap-
proved ELECTROLUX HOME PRODUCTS,
INC., servicing center.
CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES:
ELEC TROLU X HOME PR OD-
UC TS, INC ., m aybe liable fordamages toother
engine components caused by the failure of a
war ranted part still under w ar r anty.
WHAT IS
NOT CO VERED
: All failures caused by abuse,
neglect, or improper maintenance are not cov-
ered.
ADD--ON OR MODIFIED PARTS:
The
use ofadd--on ormodified parts canbe gr ounds
for disallow in g a warranty claim. ELEC TRO-
LUX HOME PRODUCTS, INC., is not liable to
cover failures of warranted parts caused by the
use ofadd--onor m odified par ts.
