for replacement as required maintenance shall
be w arr anted for the period of time u p to the fir st
scheduled replacement point for that part.
DIAGNOSIS:
The o w ner shall not be charged
for d iagnostic labor which leads to the det er-
mination that a warr anted par t is defective if the
diagnostic wor k is performed at an approved
POULAN/WEED EATER se rvicing cente r.
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:
POULAN/
WEED EATER may be liable for dam ages to
other engine components caused by the failure
of a war ranted part still under warr anty.
WHAT
IS NO T COVERED:
All failures caused by
abuse, neglect, or i mpr oper maintenance a r e
not covered.
ADD--ON OR MODIFIED
P ARTS:
The use of add--on or modified parts
can be grounds for disallowing a warranty claim.

failures of war r anted par ts caused by the use of
add--on or modified parts.

MAINTENANCE, REPLACEMENT AND RE-
PAIR OF EMISSION RELATED P ARTS:
Any
POULAN/WEED EATER approved replace-
ment part used in the performance of any war-
ranty maintenance or repair on em ission related
parts will be provided without char ge to the own-
er if the part is under war r anty.
