original consum er purchaser that each new
Poulan PRO br and gasoline toolor attachment
is free from defects in mater ial and wo rkman-
ship and agrees to repair or replace under th is
warra nty any defective gaso line product or at-
tach ment as follows fr om the origi nal date of
purcha se.
2YEARS--Parts and Labor , when use d for
household purpo ses.
90 DAYS -- Pa rts and Labor , when used fo r
commercial, professional, or income producing
purposes.
30 DA YS -- Pa rts and Labor , if used for rental
purposes.
This warranty isnot transferableand doesnot
cove r damage or liability caused by improper
handling, impropermaintenanceoralteration,
or theuse ofaccessories and/or attachments
not specifi cally reco m m ended by Poulan
PRO f orthis tool. This warranty does notcov-
er tune--up, spark plugs, filters, starter ropes,
or blower and va cuum tubes that will wear
and require replacement with reasonableuse
during the war ranty period. This warranty
does not cover pre--delivery setup or normal
adjustments explained in the instruction
manual. This warr a nty does not cover trans-
portation costs.
In the event you have a claimunder this warran-
ty, you must return the product to an authorized
service dealer .

EMISSION CONTROL WARRANTY STATEMENT
YOUR WARRANTY RIGHTS AND OB-
LIGATIONS: The U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency, California Air Resources
Board, Environment Canada and Poulan
PRO are p leased t o explai n the emissions con-
trol system wa rrant y on your year 2010 and lat-
er small off--road engine. In California, all small
off--road engines must be desi gned, built, and
equ ip pe d to me et th e State’s str inge nt anti--
smog standards. Poulan PRO must warrant
the emission control system on your small
off--road engine for the periods of tim e listed
below provided there has been noabuse,ne-
glect, or improper maintenance o f your small
off--road engine. Your e missi on cont rol syst em
includes parts such as th e carburet or , the igni-
tion syst em andthe fuel tank. Wherea warrant-
able condition exists, Po ulan PRO will repair
your small off--road engine at no cost to you.
Expenses covered under warranty include
diagnosis, parts and labor.
MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY COV-
ERAGE:If anyemissions relatedpart onyour
engine (as listed under Emissions Control
Warranty Par ts List ) is def ecti ve or a defect in
the materi als or workmanship of the engin e
causes the failure of such an emission relate d
part, the part will be repaired or replaced by
Poulan PRO. OWNER’S WARRANTY RE-
SPON SIBILITIES: As the small off--road en-
gine owner, you are responsible f or the per-
formance of the required maintenance listed
in your instruction manual. P oulan PRO rec-
ommends thatyou retain allreceiptscovering
maintenance on your sm all of f--road engine,
but Poulan PRO cannot deny warranty solely
for thelack of r eceipts o rfor your failure t oen-
sure the pe rformance of all scheduled main-
tenance. As the small of f--road engine ow ner,
you should be aware that Poulan PRO may
deny you w arranty coverage ifyour smalloff--
road engine or a part of it has failed due to
