ROTATING TRIMMER LINE. CONTACT
WITH MOVING TRIMMER LINE MAY CAUSE
SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY.
WARNING: ONLY USE WITH
HANDLE AND GUARD PROPERLY
ASSEMBLED TO TRIMMER/EDGER.
THE USE OF THE TRIMMER/EDGER WITHOUT
THE PROPER GUARD OR HANDLE PROVIDED
MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY.
CAUTION: AVOID CONTACT WITH
THE ROTATING TRIMMER HEAD.
CONTACT WITH MOVING PARTS CAN CAUSE
INJURY.
CAUTION: DO NOT GRASP
THE LINE CUTTING BLADE WHEN
PICKING UP OR HOLDING THE
TRIMMER/EDGER.
Other than the wear parts identified
in this manual, the trimmer/edger has
no user serviceable parts. Service and
repair work requires special training. See
“Service and support information” for
contact information.
STORAGE, TRANSPORTING,
AND DISPOSAL
STORING THE TRIMMER/EDGER
•Remove the battery pack from the
trimmer/edger.
•Clean the trimmer/edger thoroughly.
•Store in a dry place.
•Keep out of reach of children or pets.
STORING THE BATTERY PACK
When storing the battery pack longer
than nine months, follow these
guidelines:
•Remove the battery pack from the
trimmer/edger or charger.
•Store in a cool, dry place.
•Keep out of reach of children or pets.
•To prolong battery life, never store
battery packs in a completely
discharged condition. (Fig. ).
•Store at a temperature between -°F to
°F (-°C and °C).
