Carrying the battery
Hook the battery to your waist belt. If the
adaptor cord
is
too long for your work, use
the band provided to hold
it
when you coil
it
shorter.
Operation
Do
not attempt to cut branches thicker
than
8
mm
(5/16")
diameter with this
trimmer. These should first the cut with
shears down to the hedge trimming
level.
Hold the tool firmly with both hands.
Switch on the tool without the blades
making any contact. Move the tool in front
of your body while cutting.
To
cut
a
hedge top evenly,
it
helps to
tie
a
string or cord
at
the desired hedge height
and to trim along
it,
using
it
as
a
reference
line.
