7.0 TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM OR CONCERN POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Detergent Leak
Disconnected or Kinked Deter-
gent Pick up Tube
Remove the front cover of the unit and check if the
clear tube is still properly attached or kinked. If it
is not attached then reconnect it or unkink it.
Reservoir Tank won’t hold
Detergent
Chemical Tank Nipple Broken The Chemical Tank Nipple is attached to the inside
wall of the Reservoir Tank. If it is broken you can
order a replacement by emailing us at: custome
rservice@huskypowerwasher.com.
Detergent is not dispensing Incorrect wand is attached to the
Gun
Make sure that the Adjustable wand is attached
to the Gun. Detergent will not dispense with the
Turbo Wand or at the high pressure setting.
Wand is not set the low pressure
setting
Hold the shaft of the Wand in one hand and turn
the gray dial all the way clockwise with the other
hand. If the dial is left even slightly in the counter-
cockwise direction it will not dispense detergent.
Nozzle is clogged with debris
Turn the Nozzle Head until the two metal blades
move apart completely. Straighten out a paper
clip and insert it into the tip of the Nozzle. Back
flush the Nozzle with water. (see section 5.2)
Detergent to Water ratio Your Powerwasher draws detergent at a 10:1 ra-
tio. Most power washer chemicals are generally
concentrated within that range so minimal adju-
stment is required. If you feel like you are using
more deterent than is required for the application
you can dilute it with regular tap water.
Detergent - What to use We recommend that you use a cleaner which is
specifically designed for power washers. There
are different kinds available depending on the
application. Check with your local Home Depot
store for the product which is best suited for
your needs.
Never use Bleach, Ammonia or Hot
water in the unit.
Detergent Tank fills up with
water
Detergent Suction Assembly (the
part which the High Pressure
hose connects to) is defective
The part will have to be replaced, Please email us

Circuit breaker trips or Fuse
blown in Fuse Box
Circuit overload Check that the circuit is rated at 15 amps or
greater. Make sure the unit plugged into a de-
dicated circuit.
Extension cord too long or wire
size too small
Used proper extension cord as recommended
in Owner’s Manual.
Nozzle partially blocked Clean Nozzle as instructed in section 5.2.
Excessive pressure Clean Nozzle as instructed in section 5.2
