To prevent accidents stop the engine disconnect the spark plug
lead before attempting to carry out maintenance procedures
on the mower.

7. Start Grip
8. Fuel Cap
9. Air cleaner.
Should only be made by an authorised Honda dealer. Under no
circumstances should the engine be adjusted to run at a speed in
excess of that shown on the Declaration of Conformity.
To service the air cleaner remove the air cleaner cover (1) by
releasing two top catches (2) and tilting away from body until
lower tabs release. Remove cartridge (3) and clean by tapping gen-
tly on a flat surface. If very dirty or damaged replace.
- Do not brush
- Do not use petroleum solvents.
- Do not oil the cartridge.
After servicing, install the cartridge in the cover. Insert the tabs
on the bottom of the cover into the slots in the bottom of the
base.Tilt the cover upwards until the two catches (2) hold it in
place.
