remove the plunger retainer.

Slide out the seal retainer with
oil wick and rubber barrier

slight twisting motion,

MOTE:
The stud may remain
with the retainer
when removed.
Disassemble and
screw stud into
plunger rod finger
tight.

Replace O-ring and back up
