Theframeandfrontaxle will be repairedfreeofchargeforfiveyearsfromthe dateofpurchaseifdefectiveinmaterialor workmanship.
Allof theabovewarrantycoverageappliesfor only90 daysfromthe dateof purchaseifthis ridingequipmentiseverusedfor commercialor
rentalpurposes.
In allcases,if repairprovesimpossible,the ridingequipmentwillbe replacedfree of chargewiththesameoran equivalentmodel.
The batterywill be replacedfree of chargefor 90 daysfromthe dateofpurchaseifdefectiveinmaterialorworkmanship(ourtestingprovesthat it

capabilityoftheridingequipment,impactingobjectsthatbendtheframeorcrankshaft,or over-speedingthe engine.
Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatornegligence,includingbut notlimitedto,electricalandmechanicaldamagecaused
by improperstorage,failureto usethepropergradeandamountof engineoil,failureto keepthedeckclear offlammable
debris,orfailureto maintaintheridingequipmentaccordingtotheinstructionscontainedintheoperator'smanual.
Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningor repairscausedbyfueldeterminedto becontaminatedoroxidized(stale).Ingeneral,fuel
shouldbeusedwithin30daysof itspurchasedate.
Normaldeteriorationandwearofthe exteriorfinishes,or productlabelreplacement.
Thiswarrantyappliesonlywhilethisproductiswithinthe UnitedStates.
