COOLING CONSIDERATIONS
1. when installing the generator set, it should be mounted no closer than 5 feet away from
any wall or object that would inhibit the cooling air flow that is necessary to operate the
unit properly.
2. When installing the generator set inside a non-occupied building, an adequate supply of
cooling air must be directed/ducted to the cooling air intake of the engine. The heated
cooling air blowing off the back of the engine must be directed away from the unit so
as not to be re-circulated with the cool intake air.
3. It is extremely important that the generator set be kept clear of snow, leaves, grass and
other debris.
NOISE CONSIDERATIONS
1. This generator set will develop noise levels similar to that of common lawn and garden
equipment.
2. Units supplied with enclosures will have their noise level significantly reduced.
MISCELLANEOUS CONSIDERATIONS
1. There should be adequate access to the generator set for maintenance/repair.
