If the tubular round arms cannot be set in a
horizontal position (inclined) because of
the weight of fabrics, make an adjustment
using roller spacers in the following steps.
(Four roller spacers are inserted before
shipment.)
1. Loosen bolts w of X roller base q and
remove roller spacers e.
2. Insert a proper number of roller spacers e
between X roller base q and X-feed frame
N r. Tighten bolts w.
Note) When tightening bolts w, press X roller base
q against X-feed frame N r and leave no
backlash in between.
3. For the other roller spacers, follow the
above steps.
Note) Use the same number of roller spacers in ev-
ery position.
