Optional 1-1/2" Permanent Drain
If you wish to connect a permanent drain line to the 1-
1/2" plumbing of the spa, you may modify the plumbing
as shown in illustration B on this page. Note that none
of the piping required for the modification is provided.

Leveling the Cascade
First make sure spa is in its final position and that
it is level before proceeding.
To ensure an equal flow of water over the cascade
weir it may be necessary to level the weir blade. (See
illustration A above.) Loosen the three screws that
secure the weir blade to the spa shell; then proceed to
level the weir blade by placing a small level on top of the
weir blade. When the blade is level, tighten the screws.
Recheck for level after the screws are tightened.
If you do not have a level, an alternative method is to
fill the spa to its normal water level. Before turning on the
spa, loosen the three screws that secure the weir blade
to the spa just enough to be able to adjust the weir blade.
Turn on the spa to filter or jet mode. As the water is
running over the weir blade, adjust the weir blade by
hand until there is an even flow of water cascading over
the entire width of the weir blade. After making sure you
have an even flow of water, turn off the spa and tighten
the three screws.
