ASSEMBLY
WARNING: I f recei v ed assembled,
ensur e your uni t is properl y assembled
and all fast eners ar e secure.
ATTACHING T HE BLOWER TUBE
1. Align the grooves on the blowertube
with the gro oveson the blower outlet.
2. Push the blowertubeon to theblower
outlet untilit snaps into place (tube is
secured by yellow tube release but-
ton).
3. To r emove the blower tube, pr ess the
tube relea se bu tton while pullin g on
tube.

SELECT AN EXTENSION CORD
Use only a 120 A.C. v oltage supply as
shown on nameplate of the unit to
power you r blower.
Theextensioncordusedtoreachthe
power sou rce must be:
D Specifically mark ed as suitable for out-
door use. The cor d mustbe marked wit h
the suf fix “W”.
D H ea vy e no ugh to carry ful l curr ent fro m
the power source to the unit. Other wise,
loss of power and overheating can oc-
cur causing damage t o unit. Refer to
tab le f or minimum wire g au ge recom-
mendations. The cord must be marked
wit h t he pr oper wi r e gauge. (Appropr i at e
extension cords are available. ) Do not
use multi pl e cords.
D I n good condit i on. Cord insulati on must
be int act with no cracks or deter ior ati on.
Plug connectors must be undamaged.
DO NOT use multiple cords.
