dren.

BLOWER SAFETY
S Use onl y in day light or in go od artificial
light .
S Inspect the area before using the unit.
Remove all debris and hard objects
such as rocks, gla ss, wir e, etc. , that ca n
ri cochet, be thr own, or otherwi se cause
injur y or damage duri ng operat i on.
S Never run t he unit without the proper
equipment attached. When usi ng the
blower, al ways install blower tube. Use
only recommended attachments.
S To avoid spr eading f i r e, d onot use blow-
er near leaf or brush fi r es, fi r eplaces,
barb ecue pits, ash tra ys, etc.
S Never place objects inside the blower
tube; always direct the blowing debris
away fr om people, animal s , glass, and
solid objects such as t rees, aut omo-
biles, walls, etc. The force of air can
cause r ocks, dirt , or sticks to be thrown
or to ri co ch et which can hurt peopl e or
animals, break glass, or caus e other
damage.
S Never use for spreadi ng ch emi cal s, fer-
tilizer s, or any other subs tances which
may co ntain toxic ma terials .

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
S To reduce the risk of electrical shock, this
unit has a pola rized plug (one blade is
wider than the other) and will requ ire the
useofapolarizedextensioncord.The
appliance plug will fit into a pola rized ex-
tension cord only one way. If the plug
does not fit fully into the extension cord,
reverse the plu g. If the plug still does not
fit, obtain a correct polarized extension
cord. A polarized extension cord will re-
quire th e use of a polarize d wall outlet.
This plug will fit into the polarized wall out-
let only one way. If plug does not fit fully
into the wall outlet, reverse the plug. If it
still does not fit, co ntact a qualified electri-
cian to install theproper wall outle t. Donot
change t he equipment plug, extension
cord receptacle, o r extension cord plug in
any way.
