NOTE:Verify provided oil bottle is the correct viscosity for
current ambient temperature•

fuel recommendations and instructions•

properly filled with the recommended oil will result in

Connect Hoseand Water Supply to Pump

NOTE:Removeand discard the shipping caps from the
pump's high pressure outlet and water inlet before attaching
hoses•
1. Uncoil high pressure hoseand attachone end of hose
to baseof spray gun. Tighten by hand•
WARNING
The high pressurestream of water that this

underlying tissues, leadingto serious injury and

, Keephighpressurehoseconnectedto pumpandspraygun

2. Attach other end of high pressure hoseto high
pressure outlet on pump• Tighten by hand•
3. Run water through your garden hose for 30 seconds to
clean out any debris•
IMPORTANT:DONOTsiphon standing water for the water
supply• UseONLYcold water (less than I O0°F).
4. Beforeconnecting garden hose to water inlet, inspect
inlet screen (A). Cleanscreen if it contains debris or
have it replacedif damaged•DONOTFunpressure
washer if inlet screen is damaged•
5. Connectthe garden hose (not to exceed50 feet in
length) to the water inlet• Tighten by hand•
NOTICE
Damageto pump or water inlet connector will occur if a
OneWay Valve (vacuumbreaker or check valve) is
connected to pump•
ThereM/USTbeat leastten feet(31Vl)of unrestrictedgarden
hosebetweenthe pressurewasherinletandanydevice,suchas
aOneWayValve•

6. Turn ON the water and squeezethe trigger on the spray
gun to purge the pump system of air and impurities•
WARNING

Checklist Before Starting Engine
Review the unit's assembly to ensure you have performed all
of the following•
1. Be sureto readthe Operator Safetysection and How to
Use Your Pressure Washerin Operationsection before
using pressure washer•
2. Make sure handle is in placeand secure•
3. Checkthat oil has been addedto proper levelin the
engine crankcase•
4. Add proper fuel to fuel tank•
5. Checkfor properly tightened hose connections•
6. Checkto makesure there are no kinks, cuts, or damage
to high pressure hose•
7. Providea proper water supply at an adequateflow•
