LIMITEDWARRANTY
HOP(The"Manufacturer")warrantstotheoriginalconsumerpurchaserthatthisproductasmanufacturedisfreefrom
defectsinmaterialsandworkmanship.Foraperiodoftwo(2)yearsfromdateofpurchasebytheoriginalconsumer
purchaser,wewillrepairorreplace,atouroption,withoutchargeforpartsorlaborincurredinreplacingparts,anypartwhich
wefindtobedefectiveduetomaterialsorworkmanship.ThisWarrantyissubjecttothefollowinglimitationsandexclusions.
1.Transportationchargesforthemovementofanypowerequipmentunitorattachmentaretheresponsibilityofthe
purchaser.Transportationchargesforanypartssubmittedforreplacementunderthiswarrantymustbepaidbythe
purchaserunlesssuchreturnisrequestedbythemanufacturer.
2.TheWarrantyperiodforanyproductsusedforrentalorcommercialpurposesislimitedto90daysfromthedateof
originalpurchase.
3.ThisWarrantyappliesonlytoproductswhichhavebeenproperlyassembled,adjusted,operated,andmaintainedin
accordancewiththeinstructionsfurnished.ThisWarrantydoesnotapplytoanyproductwhichhasbeensubjectedto
alteration,misuse,abuse,improperassemblyorinstallation,deliverydamage,ortonormalwearoftheproduct.
4.Exclusions:ExcludedfromthisWarrantyarenormalwear,normaladjustments,standardhardwareandnormal
maintenance.
5.IntheeventyouhaveaclaimunderthisWarranty,youmustreturntheproducttoanauthorizedservicedealer.
ShouldyouhaveanyunansweredquestionsconcerningthisWarranty,pleasecontact:
givingthemodelnumber,serialnumberanddateofpurchaseofyourproductandthenameandaddressoftheauthorized
dealerfromwhomitwaspurchased.
THISWARRANTYDOESNOTAPPLYTOINCIDENTALORCONSEQUENTIALDAMAGESANDANYIMPLIED
WARRANTIESARELIMITEDTOTHESAMETIMEPERIODSSTATEDHEREINFOROUREXPRESSEDWARRANTIES.
SomeareasdonotallowthelimitationofconsequentialdamagesorlimitationsofhowlonganimpliedWarrantymaylast,
sotheabovelimitationsorexclusionsmaynotapplytoyou.ThisWarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights,andyoumayhave
otherrightswhichvaryfromlocaletolocale.
ThisisalimitedWarrantywithinthemeaningofthattermasdefinedintheMagnuson-MossActof1975.
