agrees to repair or replace under this war-
ranty any defective gasoline chain saw as
follows from the original date of purchase.
1 YEAR -- Parts and Labor, when used f or
Household pur poses.
60 DAYS -- Parts and Labor, when used for
Commer cial, Professional, or Income Produc-
ing purposes.
30 DAYS -- Parts and Labor, if u sed for rental
purposes.
This warranty is not transferable and does not
cover damage or liability caused by improper
handling, impr oper maintenance, or the use of
accessoriesand/orattachments not specifical-

saw. Additionally, this w ar r anty does not cover
damagecaused byimproperhandling,improp-

tune--up, spark plugs, filters, starter ropes,

delivery set--up, i nstallation of guide bar and
chain, andnormal adj ustmentsexplained inthe
