SYMPTOMS PROBLEM SOLUTION
Emergency stop is activated.
Check that the emergency
stop is not activated.
Check that the I-Transia has
power supply and that the
battery is recharged.
Check that the transformer
is switched on and connected
to the charging station.
I-Transia hoist does not
respond to the hand control’s
keys.
System does not have power
or battery is discharged
Place the hand control in the
charging station and recharge
the I-Transia.
Trolley does not traverse. Rails require service or
cleaning.
Contact an Invacare dealer
for service.
