HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE:
For warranty service, please contact DCS Customer Care at (888) 936-7872, or go to our website at www.dcsap-
pliances.com and choose “customer care” to find your nearest Authorized Service Center. Before you call, please
have the following information ready:
Model Number (located on right side near the gas inlet)
Serial Number (located on right side near the gas inlet)
Code (located on right side near the gas inlet)
Date of installation
A brief description of the problem

BEFORE YOU CALL FOR SERVICE:

. Is the circuit breaker tripped or the fuse blown?
2.
Is there a power outage in the area?
3
. Check power to transformer (circuit breaker tripped).
4
. Check for any sounds like clicking or humming coming from the heater unit with power turned on.
5.
Make sure all gas valves are in the open position.
6.
Is there a windy condition not allowing the unit to light?
7
. Turn off the power supply for 5 minutes and restart.
