1. Cuteachcornerofthecartonverticallyfromtop to bottom.
2. Removeall looseparts.
3. Removeloosepackingmaterial.
REMOVING UNiT FROM CARTON
1. Liftunit fromthe reartodetachit fromunderlyingcartonmaterial
androllunit outofcarton.
2. Checkcartonthoroughlyfor anyotherlooseparts.

ATTACHING THE HOPPER ASSEMBLY
1. A. Removesixhex nutsandwashersfromthe weldstudson the
impellerhousing.Do not removesupportplate.SeeFigure1.
B. Placehopperassemblyinto positioninfrontof impeller
housing,aligningholesinhopperassemblycollarwithweld
studs.
C. Slidehopperassemblyonto weldstudsand replacewashers
andhex nuts.Donottightencompletely.
2. A. Lifthopperassemblyup toimpellerbracketassembly.See
Figure2.
B. Slidethe releaserodout slightlytohookthe hopperbracket
ontothe rod.SeeFigure2.
C.Tightenthe sixhex nutsthatsecurehopperassemblyto
impellerhousingandalsotightenthe hexnutsthat secure
hopperbracketto hopperassembly.
