withintwoyearsfromthe dateofpurchase,returnit to anySearsstore,SearsParts& RepairServiceCenter,or otherCraftsmanoutletinthe
UnitedStatesfor freerepair(or replacementif repairprovesimpossible).
Thiswarrantyappliesfor only90 daysfromthe dateof purchaseif thischippershredderiseverusedfor commercialor rentalpurposes.
ThiswarrantycoversONLYdefectsin materialandworkmanship.Searswill NOTpayfor:
• Expendableitemsthatbecomewornduringnormaluse,includingbut notlimitedto blades, sparkplug,aircleaner,flail screenand catcher
bag.
• Standardmaintenanceservicing,oilchanges,or tune-ups.
• Tire replacementor repaircausedby puncturesfromoutsideobjects,suchas nails,thorns,stumps,or glass.
• Tireor wheelreplacementor repairresultingfromnormalwear,accident,orimproperoperationor maintenance.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatorabuse,includingbutnot limitedtodamagecausedby impactingobjectsthat bendthe frameor
crankshaft,orover-speedingtheengine.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatornegligence,includingbut notlimitedto,electricalandmechanicaldamagecausedby improper
storage,failureto usethepropergradeand amountof engineoil,or failureto maintainthe equipmentaccordingto theinstructions
containedin theoperator'smanual.
• Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningor repairscausedbyfueldeterminedto becontaminatedor oxidized(stale).Ingeneral,fuel shouldbeused
within30 daysof itspurchasedate.
• Normaldeteriorationandwearoftheexteriorfinishes,or productlabelreplacement.
Thiswarrantyappliesonlywhilethisproductis withinthe UnitedStates.
