INSTALL WHEELS
8a. Install Axle (37) in to Rear Base (36).
8b. Install Axle Spacer (46) to one side of the
Axle (37) followed by a Flat Washer (43),
Wheel, (42) and another Flat Washer (43).
Note:Make sure valve stem is outboard to main-
tain proper tire inflation.
8c. Attach E-Ring (49) to secure wheel to the
axle.
8d. Repeat steps for other wheel.
