2. Insert carriage bolts through holes from outside of unit
and attach plastic knob from inside of unit (Figure 2).
Tighten by hand.
3. Insert “L” bolt through hole just above billboard on left
side of handle (viewing from front of unit). Hold hook
in place and attach plastic knob from inside of unit
(Figure 3).Tighten by hand.
Attach Chemical Reservoirs
1. Use a 5/16” nut driver to attach chemical reservoir
assembly to handle with four black self tapping screws
in holes provided (Figure 4).
2. Attach chemical hose to chemical injection fitting on
pump (Figure 5).
Attach Hose Reel
1. Install hose reel on handle, as shown on page 5,
according to the instructions provided with hose reel.
NOTE:There may be small tube adapters included with
the hose reel kit that is not used on this model.
IMPORTANT: You must take the hose off the reel when
operating your pressure washer.The reel is for hose
storage purposes only.
Add Engine Oil and Fuel
Place pressure washer on a level surface.
Refer to engine owner’s manual and follow oil and fuel
recommendations and instructions.
NOTE: Check oil often during engine break–in. Refer to
engine owner’s manual for recommendations.

Damage to equipment resulting from failure to follow this
instruction will void warranty.
Any attempt to crank or start the engine before it has
been properly filled with the recommended oil will result
in equipment failure.
