Missing Adapter Bushing in Speed Increaser :
Subject:
There have been some reports of the adapter bushing P/N 00762689 missing from the Speed
Increaser. these would have been missed when assembled. Dealers and registered end users of these
units are being notified by mail, phone or fax. The purpose of this bulletin is a recorded notification.
Service Required:
Clean the area around the pump and speed increaser of all debris and dirt. Remove the pump to
expose the splined adapter (see figure 1). Behind the splined adapter there should be a spacer (see figure
1). If this spacer is missing it will need
to be installed. Install spacer, Splined
adapter and rebolt the pump to the
speed increaser. Run and test for
operation.
