6.1 MOUNTING BRACKET/SUPER-
CHARGER INSTALLATION
A. Clean the front of the cylinder head so that
the mounting plate will sit flat when
installed.
B. Install the primary mounting plate using a
1-1/4" bolt in the hole closest to the center
of the engine.
C. Install one of the supplied 3/8" diameter
long bolts through the supercharger mount-
ing plate, a long spacer, the primary mount-
ing plate and into the top outside hole in the
head. (See Figs. 6-a, 6-b for passenger’s
side mount and Figs. 6-c, 6-d for driver’s
side mount.)
D. Install the remaining spacers and appropriate
length bolts with washers to connect the
supercharger mounting plate to the primary
mounting plate and the head.

E. For passenger side installations, install a
3/8" x 5" bolt through the supercharger
mounting plate, the alternator pivot boss, the
supplied spacer and into the primary mount-
ing plate.
