1. Remove therearwheelsfromthewheelchair.RefertoRemoving/InstallingRear
Wheelsonpage 61.
2. Remove thethreemountingscrewsandwashersthatsecuretheT‐armsocketand
T‐armclamptothewheelchairframeandremovetheT‐armsocketfromthe
wheelchair.
3. Ifequippedwithoptionallockingpins,removethelockingpinsthatsecuretheT‐arm
sockettothewheelchairframe.
4. Loosen,butdonotremovethefourmountingscrewsandwashersthatsecurethe
T‐armsockettogether.
NOTE:TheT‐armsocketwilldisassembleifthefourmountingscrewsandwashersareremoved.
5. SlidetheT‐armintotheT‐armsocketuntilthelockleverisintheslotintheT‐arm
socketandanaudibleʺclickʺisheard.
6. SqueezetheT‐armsockettogetheruntilthesocketisflushwiththeT‐arm.
7. WhileholdingtheT‐armsockettogether,tightenthefourmountingscrewsand
washerssecurely.
8. PressinonthelockingleverandlifttheT‐armstraightupandoutoftheT‐armsocket.
9. RepeatSTEPS5‐7,ifnecessaryuntiltheT‐armslidesintheT‐armsocketasdesired.
10. ReinstalltheT‐armsocketontothewheelchair.RefertoInstallingtheT‐ArmSockets
onpage 41.
