USING YOUR UNIT
KNOW YOUR ELECTRIC BLOWER
READ THIS INSTRUCTION MANUAL AN D SAFETY RULES BEFORE OPERATING YOUR
UNIT.

ON/OFF SWITCH
The
ON/OFF SWITCH is used to activate
the motor.
INLET COVER LATCH
The
INLETCOVERLATCHisusedtoopen
and close the vacuum inlet cover.
BLOWER TUBE
The
BLOWERTUBE is designed to direct
the flow of air.
TUBE RELEASE BUTT ON
The
TUBE REL EASE BUTTON secures the
blo w er tube or elbow tube to the blower
unit duri ng operation. Also, pressing the
tube release but t on allows r emoval of the
blower tube or elbow tube.
WARNING: You MUST make s ure
the tubes are secure before using the
unit.
WARNING: Do n ot use the unit
wit hout the b lowertube pr operl y att ached
to avoid flying debris an d/or impel ler con-
tact which can cause serious injury . Al-
waysweareyeprot e ctiontopre ventrocks
or debr is f r om bei ng blown o r ricocheting
into the eyes and face which can result in
blindness or ser i ous inj ur y.
STOPPING YOUR UNIT
Slide the
ON/OFF switch to the OFF
position.
STARTING YOUR UNIT
Your unit ha s two run positions,
LOW
and HIGH. Slide the switch to one of
these positions to turn on the unit.

USING YOUR UNIT AS A BLOWER
WARNING: Inspect the area be-
fore using the unit. Remove all debris
and hard ob jects such as rocks, glass ,
wire, etc., that can ricochet, be thrown,
or otherwise cause injury o r damage
during operation.
Use your unit as a blower for:
D Sw eep ingdebrisorgrasscli ppingsfr om
dri ve wa ys, sidewal ks, patio s, etc.
D Blowi ng gr ass cli ppings, st r aw, or
leaves i nt o piles, o r removing debri s
from corners, around j oi nt s, or between
bricks.
Direct air flow by directing the blower
tube down or to one side. Alw ays work
away from solid ob j e cts such as w al ks,
lar ge stones, vehicl es, and f ences.
Cl ea n c orners by starting in cor ners and
moving outw ard. This wil l hel p pr event
an accumulation of debri s w hich could
fly into your face.
Be careful when working ne ar plants.
