WARRANTY PERIOD: Any warranted p art
which is n ot scheduled f or replacement as re-
quired maintenance, orwhichis scheduled only
for r egular inspection to the effect of “repair or
replace as necessary” shall be warranted for 2
years. Any warranted part which i s scheduled
for replacement as required maintenance shall
be warrantedfor theperiod oftime uptothefirst
scheduled replacement point for that part.
DIAGNOSI S: The owner shall not be charged
for diagnostic labor which leads to the deter-
mination that a warranted part is defective if the
diagnostic work is performed at an approved

be liable for damages to other engine compo-
nents caused by the failure of a warranted part
stillunderwarranty.WHATISNOTCOVERED:
Allfailures causedby abuse,neglect,orimprop-

MODIFIED PARTS: The use of add--on or mo-
dified parts can be grounds for disallowing a
warranty claim . WEED EATER is n o t liable to
cover failures ofwarranted parts caused by the
use of add--on or modified parts.
