Clean al l parts and check f or damage. Have

Apply a light machine oil along the edge of
the top strap as shown.

Keep all nuts, bolts, and screws tight.
S
Never store the machine with fuel in thefuel
tank inside a building where fumes may
reach an open flame or sparks, orin acon-
fined space such as a car trunk.

Always refer to the instruction manual for
important details if the product is to be
stored for an extended period.
Top Strap
OIL
CARBURETOR ADJUSTMENT
Your carburetor is equipped w ith limiter caps.
Damage will occur if you turn the needles be-
yond the limiter caps. Car bur etor adjustment is
a complicated task. We recommend that you
take your unit to an A uthorized Service Dealer.
IGNITION TIMING
Ignition timing is fixed, non-adjustable.
SPARK PLUG
Replace spark plug yearly with a Champion
RCJ-8Y plug. Spark plug gap is .025 in.
