CAUSE ACTION
Old or improperly mixed fuel Drain fuel tank / Add fresh fuel mixture
Air filter is plugged Replace or clean the air filter
Fouled spark plug Replace or clean the spark plug
Plugged spark arrestor Clean or replace spark arrestor
CAUSE ACTION
Blue lever is in the incorrect position Refer to the Starting/Stopping instructions
Throttle lever is in the incorrect position Refer to the Starting/Stopping instructions
Empty fuel tank Fill fuel tank with properly mixed fuel
Primer bulb wasn't pressed enough Press primer bulb fully and slowly 10 times
Engine flooded Use starting procedure with the blue lever in Position 2
Old or improperly mixed fuel Drain fuel tank / Add fresh fuel mixture
Fouled spark plug Replace or clean the spark plug
Plugged spark arrestor Clean or replace spark arrestor
ENGINE WILL NOT START
ENGINE WILL NOT IDLE
ENGINE WILL NOT ACCELERATE
ENGINE LACKS POWER OR STALLS
