Problem Cause Remedy

Engine Throttle Control Lever incorrectly set.
Fuel tank empty.
Stale gasoline.
Dirty air filter.
Defective or incorrectly gapped spark plug.
Carburetor out of adjustment.
Misadjusted throttle control.
Dirt or water in fuel tank.
