1. Set the front and back plate assembly on the spacers
(Figure 19).

2. Secure with the long hitch pin (C, Figure 20).
3. Hook the bags (A, Figure 21) on the back plate (B).
NOTE: If desired, the bags can be lined with 30 gallon
trash bags for easy disposal.
