Problem
Cause Action
The pump is noisy. There is air in the suction line. Check the water supply. Make sure all
fittings are tight.
The valves are dirty. Contact Customer Service.
The bearings are worn. Contact Customer Service.
The incoming liquid is too hot. Reduce the temperature to below 140°
The pump check valve springs are worn. Contact Customer Service.
There is/has been water in the oil. The oil seal is worn. Contact Customer Service.
The humidity is high. Contact Customer Service.

The burner motor does not run. Push the reset button on the burner motor. If
the burner still does not start, contact an
authorized service person.
The burner is not turned on. Turn the switch to the "ON" position (II).
The nozzle is incorrect.
Use the black chemical nozzle.
