SHEAR PIN YOKE LUBRICATION
Yoke is supplied with a grease fitting to lube
between gearbox shaft and yoke. This allows yoke
to spin freely on gearbox shaft when pin shears.
Failure to lube may cause yoke to gall and spin
weld to shaft. Applying a small amount of grease to
shear pins will greatly prolong life of yoke.
