W ARRANTY PERIOD:
Any warr anted part
which is not scheduled for r eplacement as re-
quired maintenance, or which is scheduled onl y
for regular inspection to the ef fect o f ” r epair or
replace as necessary” shall b e warr anted for 2
years. Any w ar ranted par t which is scheduled
for replacement as required m aintenance shall
be war r anted f or t heperiod of time upto the first
scheduled replacement point for that part.
DIAGNOSIS:
The o w ner shall not be charged
for d iagnostic labor which leads to the det er-
mination that a warranted par t is defective if the
diagnostic wor k is performed at an approved
POULAN/WEED EATER servi c in g center.
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:
POULAN/
WEED EATER may be liable for dam ages to
other engine components caused by the failure
of a warr anted part still under warranty.
WHAT
IS NOT COVERED:
All failures caused by
abuse, neglect, or i mpr oper maintenance a r e
not covered.
ADD--ON OR MODIFIED
P ARTS:
The use of add--on or m odified parts
canbe gr oundsfordisallowinga warrantyclaim.

failures of war ranted par tscaused by the useof
add--on or modified par ts.
