Operating the mower
j Mow only with forward movements and with a
steady and even walking tempo.
j Start close to the wall power socket, at the
edge of the grassed area.
j Mow from there with bordering cutting paths
and in alternating directions.
c Overload protection
The overload protection prevents damage to the
appliance. It switches the motor off as soon as a
blockage is apparent or an overload threatens.
j
If the overload protection activates itself, allow the
appliance to remain switched off for ca. 5 minutes.
j Remove the possible cause (e.g. long grass
straws or foreign bodies).
j Increase the cutting height by about 2 cm
should the overload have been caused by long
grass straws.
