Looselyinstallthe twoLegswith Hooksonto
WeightedBaseby using2 of the 3/8" Spring
Washersandthe detached3/8"x1-1/4"Hex
HeadScrews.Makesurethe Hooksare in
the front for the SafetyChain.See Fig. 1.
Looselyinstallthe third Legusinga 3/8"
SpringWasherandthe detached3/8"x1-1/4"
HexHeadScrew.
