Keep
away'from
moving
parts.
Keep all
persons
and animals away from
the
area of operation.
Do not let
persons
ride on the tractor
or the
attachment.
When
operating
on
slopes, use a slow
speed
and engage
the direction control lever
slowly.
Always
look for and
keep away from
holes
and other
hazards.
Use
caution
when
moving
backwards. Look
for
persons
and
hazards
in the
way.
After
hitting an item, stop the tractor
and the
engine and check
for
damage. lf there
is
damage,
make
repairs
before
restarting.
Operate the equipment
only when
in
the
operator's
position
in the
seat
of the
tractor.
Before leaving the tractor,
put
the PTOn
control
in the
"OFF"
position.
Lower
the
attachment
to the
ground.
Turn the
ignition
switch
to the
"OFF"
position
and remove
the
ignition key.
lf
there
is a
sudden change
in
the sound
or
vibration
of
the tractor
or
the
attachment,
stop
the tractor and
check
for
damage.
lf
there is damage, make
repairs
before
oper-
ating.
Never
start
and run the engine inside
a
building except to
move
the equipment
outside.
Exhaust
fumes
are
dangerous.
Go slow on
surfaces where the tractor
can
slide.
Always
follow
traffic
laws
while
going
on or
near a road.
Before leaving the
operator's
position
to
make adjustments orto
do maintenance,
pu\
the PTO control lever
in
the
"OFF"
position.
Turn the ignition switch to the
"OFF"
position.
Wait until the engine and moving
parts
have
stopped.
